布置型式对动力管道异常大位移影响计算 被引量:1

Effect of layout mode on abnormal large displacement of power pipeline

摘要 针对在役机组动力管道支吊架实际承载与设计载荷不匹配而发生载荷转移时,部分管道会产生异常大位移的问题,通过有限元分析软件对不同布置型式的管道在壁厚偏差及支吊架性能相同时冷、热位移进行计算分析。计算结果表明:布置型式在竖直方向刚度较小的管道易产生异常大位移;提出通过优化及改进管道布置型式,并采用壁厚偏差较小的管道及选择恒定度小、质量优良的恒力支吊架可解决动力管道异常大位移的问题,可为处理同类问题提供参考。 When the actual load of hangers on the power pipe in service deviates from the design load,some pipelines have abnormal large displacement as the load transfer occurs.To solve this problem,finite element analysis software was applied to calculate the cold and hot displacements of the pipeline with different layout schemes under conditions with the same wall thickness deviation and performance of hangers.The results show that,the abnormal large displacement of the pipeline is related to the pipe layout,and the pipelines with small vertical stiffness cause abnormal large displacement easily.Several solutions are put forward to solve this problem,such as optimizing and improving the pipe layout,purchasing the pipe with small wall thickness deviation and selecting the constant force hangers with small constant degree and good quality.The research provides reference for solving the same problems.
