摘要
某电厂再热蒸汽热段管道部分管段不断下沉,通过现场检查以及计算校核分析,确定管道实际质量超过理论设计值是管段下沉的主要原因,现场安装的恒力碟簧吊架性能异常也加剧了管道下沉趋势。根据各承重吊架的工作特点,通过采取更换恒力吊架、增加变力弹簧吊架输出载荷等方法,有效排除了管道下沉故障。
A certain power plant found that a part of the reheat steam heat section of pipeline keep sinking.Site investigation and calculating check and analysis confirms that the main reason causing sinking pipes is that the actual mass of pipes exceeds design value.Meanwhile,property abnormality of constant support disc spring hangers at the site aggravate pipes sinking tendency.According to working characteristics of each bearing hangers,taking measures as replace constant hangers and increase output load of variable spring support and hanger can be effective solution of pipes sinking.
