摘要
目的:分析天麻素注射液联合地塞米松磷酸钠治疗突发性耳聋的效果及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2018年3月至2020年4月赣州市人民医院收治的80例突发性耳聋患者临床资料,根据治疗方案不同进行分组,将40例使用天麻素注射液联合地塞米松磷酸钠、甲钴胺注射液治疗的患者纳入观察组,将40例使用地塞米松磷酸钠联合甲钴胺注射液治疗的患者纳入对照组,两组均治疗12 d。比较两组症状改善时间、治疗前、治疗12 d后听力损伤评分、听力阈值及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组听力、眩晕、耳鸣、耳闷改善时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组听力损失评分及平均听力阈值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12 d后,两组听力情况均有改善,且观察组听力损失评分、平均听力阈值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:突发性耳聋患者采用天麻素注射液联合地塞米松磷酸钠治疗可以改善患者听力损伤,促进患者听力恢复,且用药安全性高,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of gastrodin injection combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with sudden deafness who were admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were grouped according to different treatment regimens,40 patients who were treated with gastrodin injection combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate,mecobalamin injection were included in the observation group,and 40 patients who were treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate combined with mecobalamin injection were included in the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 days.The improvement time of symptoms,the hearing impairment score,the hearing threshold and the incidence of adverse reactions before treatment and after 12 days of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement time of hearing,dizziness,tinnitus and ear tightness in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in hearing loss scores and average hearing threshold(P>0.05);after 12 days of treatment,both groups had improved their listening ability,and the observation group hearing loss score and average hearing threshold were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of sudden deafness with gastrodin injection combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate can improve the hearing impairment of the patient,promote the hearing recovery of the patient,and the use of drug is safe and is worth promoting.
