摘要
目的:建立微波消解-ICP-MS同时测定油条中铅、砷、镉、铬、铝5种金属元素的方法。方法:对前处理过程和仪器条件进行了优化,对方法性能进行考察。结果:在最优实验条件下,方法的标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999、线性范围为0~50μg·L^(-1)(铝为0~500μg·L^(-1))、检测限为0.002~0.554μg·L^(-1),加标回收率在90.2%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.98%~4.10%。结论:该方法适用于对面粉、食用油及油条制品中的5种金属元素含量的检测。
Objective:To establish a microwave digestion-ICP-MS method for the simultaneous determination of lead,arsenic,cadmium,chromium and aluminum in fritters.Method:The pretreatment process and instrument conditions were optimized,and the method performance was investigated.Results:Under the optimal experimental conditions,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve of the method was greater than 0.999,the linear range was 0~50μg·L^(-1)(aluminum was 0~500μg·L^(-1)),and the detection limit was 0.002~0.554μg·L^(-1),the recovery rate of standard addition was 90.2%~104%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.98%~4.10%.Conclusion:This method is suitable for detecting the content of 5 metal elements in flour,edible oil and fried dough stick products.
