摘要
在农村产业化的推进过程中,市场化一直是国家强力推行的手段和实现现代化的目标,以打破传统小农的“生存经济”,使之实现向市场经济的转型,但实践中却导致农村发展更加依附于市场资本与政策制度。基于此视角,对黔东南T县县域农业产业化发展的分析表明,经过多年的产业化实践,农村的自然资源、人力资源、传统小手工业通过产业化与市场经济产生勾连,使农村地区全面卷入市场经济,对市场经济产生深刻的寄生性,同时在寄生中获得有限的发展,从而拉大了城乡间的发展差距。农村产业化发展中经济效应的发挥,需要和自我发展能力紧密结合起来,破除“寄生性发展”的困局,真正实现农村的内生性发展。
In the process of promoting rural industrialization,marketization has always been used as a forceful means for the country and it is also the goal of modernization,so as to break the“survival economy”carried out by traditional small--scale farmers and realize the transition to market economy.However,in practice it has made ru-ral development become more dependent on market capital and policy systems.Based on this perspective,the analysis of the agricultural industrialization development in T County of Southeast Guizhou shows that after years of industrialization practice,rural natural resources,human resources,and traditional small handicraft industry have been linked to the market economy through industrialization,which makes rural areas fully involved in the market economy,thus producing profound parasitism on the market economy,and obtaining limited development in parasitism,and therefore widening the development gap between urban and rural areas.The economic effect in the development of rural industrialization needs to be closely integrated with self--development so that the predicament of“parasitic development”can be broken and the endogenous development of rural areas can be fully realized.
