‘黔藿1号’在不同种植区的质量稳定性评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用HPLC法测定‘黔藿1号’药材中朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C及淫羊藿苷4种黄酮类成分含量,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量、冷浸法测定浸出物含量、灰分测定法测定总灰分含量。结果显示同种植区‘黔藿1号’药材中总灰分、浸出物、总黄酮、朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C及淫羊藿苷含量变异系数(CV)分别为14.80%、7.19%、11.68%、24.64%、12.50%、10.18%和12.83%;河南省南阳市高新区种植的‘黔藿1号’药材中灰分含量高于8.0%,不符合2020版《中国药典》规定,湖南省邵阳市新宁县万塘乡、安徽省合肥市瑶海区及河南省南阳市高新区3个种植区的淫羊藿苷含量较低;贵州遵义新蒲新区喇叭镇和安徽省宿州市埇桥区夹沟镇2个种植区4种黄酮类成分、总黄酮、浸出物及灰分的含量均符合2020版《中国药典》规定。说明不同种植区种植的‘黔藿1号’药材质量存在差异,以贵州遵义新蒲新区喇叭镇和安徽省宿州市埇桥区夹沟镇种植的‘黔藿1号’药材质量较佳。本文研究箭叶淫羊藿优良品种‘黔藿1号’在不同种植区的质量稳定性变化,可为其适宜种植区筛选提供参考。 In this paper,the contents of epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin in'Qianhuo No.1'were determined by HPLC method.The contents of total flavonoids,extracts and total ash were determined by UVspectrophotometry,cold soaking method,and ash method respectively.The results showed that the contents CVof total ash,extract,total flavonoids,epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin in'Qianhuo No.1'in different ecological planting areas were 14.80%,7.19%,11.68%,24.64%,12.50%,10.18%and 12.83%,respectively;the ash content of'Qianhuo No.1'from Nanyang high tech Zone in Henan Province was higher than 8.0%,which did not meet the requirements of version 2020 of Chinese Pharmacopoeia;The content of icariin was lower in Wantang Township,Xinning County,Shaoyang City,Hunan Province,Yaohai District,Hefei City,Anhui Province,and high tech Zone,Nanyang City,Henan Province.The contents of four flavonoids,total flavonoids,extracts and ash in Laba town of xinpuxin District,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province and Jiagou town of Yongqiao District,Suzhou City,Anhui Province were all in line with version 2020 according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.(Conclusion)The results explained that the quality of'Qianhuo No.1'planted in different ecological planting areas is different.The quality of'Qianhuo No.1'planted in Laba Town,xinpuxin District,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province and Jiagou Town,Yongqiao District,Suzhou City,Anhui Province is better.In this paper,the quality changes of Epimedium sagittatum L.variety"qianhuo 1"in different planting areas were studied,which would provide reference for the selection of suitable planting areas for'Qianhuo No.1'.
