摘要
对于党建工作的有效实施有指导、引导的作用,党建工作设计是党建工作最重要的一部分,是党建工作的引向标。所以,从上述调查结果来看,党建工作能否正确、有效实施,根本在于党建工作设计、模式,所制定的工作方案和工作模式需要真正落实,需要与医院基本工作对接,党建工作业务合理融合在方案和模式中。务虚和务实是两个对立面,务虚是党建工作,务实是业务。两者之间的关系处于对立面,医院对于业务上的重视,在进行党建工作时主要提及业务的重要,业务固然重要,但党建工作不能轻视。
It has a guiding role for the effective implementation of party building work.The design of party building work is the most important part of party building work and the guiding target of party building work.Therefore,judging from the above survey results,whether the party building work can be implemented correctly and effectively depends on the party building work design and mode.The work plan and work mode formulated need to be truly implemented,need to be connected with the basic work of the hospital,and the party building work and business should be reasonably integrated in programs and models.Retreat and pragmatism are two opposites.Retreat is party building work,and pragmatism is business.The relationship between the two is on the opposite side.The hospital attaches great importance to business.When conducting party building work,it mainly refers to the importance of business.Business is important,but party building work cannot be underestimated.
