摘要 网络舆情是时代发展的产物。医院网络舆情的产生有着社会体制和医院内在质量等方面的原因,具有突发性、难控性和失真性等特点,对整个医疗行业的社会形象带来很大的负面影响。建立有效的预警机制,以积极的态度勇于面对,不断提高医疗质量、改进医疗服务以及善待媒体、善用媒体等,是新形势下医院应对网络舆情的有效办法。 Network public opinion is the result of the time progress. The generation of the network public opinion of the hospital is due to the social system and hospitals intrinsic quality as well. It has the characteristics of sudden, difficult to control and distortion which makes a significant negative impact on the image of the hospital. It is the effective way to respond to network public opinion of the hospital to establish an effective early Warning mechanism, to take a positive attitude to face, to constantly improve the quality of medical care, and to actively cooperate with the media.
