摘要
给予2019年9月重庆市涪陵区中医医院普外科收治的1例左下肢静脉曲张致慢性难愈合创面患者在全身综合治疗的基础上行湿润烧伤膏包扎治疗,治疗第15天,创面明显缩小,于清创术后行自体微粒皮种植治疗,术后继续采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗;治疗第61天,创面基本愈合,患者出院。
One patient with a chronic refractory wound caused by left lower limb varicose veins was admitted into the General Surgery Department of Fuling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in September 2019.In addition to the systemic treatments,the patient was given the bandage therapy with MEBO for the local wound.On day 15 of treatment when the wound decreased in size obviously,the autologous micro-skin implantation was performed following debridement,and after the operation,MEBO was continued for dressing change.On day 61 of treatment,the wound was basically healed and the patient was discharged from the hospital.
