摘要
民航高校具有高技术、高风险等行业特点,所占有和使用的固定资产为保障教学科研等各项工作的顺利开展具有基础性和不可替代的作用。本文从当前民航高校固定资产管理理念、管理制度、机构和岗位设置等运行体制机制入手,分析存在的问题及对民航高校建设发展不利影响,并提出相应的改进策略,为改进民航高校固定资产管理工作,提高工作效率,促进民航高校建设发展进行了有益探讨。
Civil aviation universities feature high-tech and high-risk.The fixed assets they possess and use are fundamental and irreplaceable in ensuring the smooth development of various tasks including teaching and research.This paper analyzes existing problems in operation system and mechanism including the current management concepts,systems,institutions and position settings of civil aviation universalities’fixed assets.It points out the adverse impacts on the construction and development of civil aviation universities and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.Meaningful discussions are made in this paper to improve the fixed asset management,work efficiency and promote the development of civil aviation universities.
