铁路桥梁梁面防水材料喷涂台车的优化设计

摘要 针对高铁桥梁防水层喷涂区域的特殊性和防水材料的特性,采用三维建模和有限元分析方法,设计加工出桥梁防水材料喷涂台车,经过试验验证,设计加工的桥梁防水材料喷涂台车比人工作业喷涂效率高、效果好,同时防水材料喷涂台车还具有结构稳定、运动平稳、自动化程度高和规划喷涂路线等优点。针对整体结构设计,采用三维建模和有限元分析方法对走行机构采用仿真计算,对设计方案进行优化比选,这些优化设计方法为铁路桥梁防水喷涂作业提供一种新的施工方法和装备。 Aiming at the particularity of spraying area of waterproof layer of high-speed railway bridge and the characteristic of waterproof material,three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis were used in the process of designing and manufacturing the spraying trolley with waterproof material for the high-speed railway bridge.Experiments prove the bridge waterproof material spraying trolley has higher spraying efficiency and better spraying quality than manual spraying.At the same time,the spraying trolley with waterproof material has the advantages of stable structure,stable movement,high automation and planning spraying route and so on.Aiming at the overall structure design,three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis are adopted to simulate the running mechanism,and the design scheme is optimized and compared The application of these optimization design methods provides a new construction method and equipment for waterproof spraying of railway bridges.
