摘要
“人类卫生健康共同体”是习近平主席在新冠肺炎疫情肆虐全球的特定历史时期提出的倡议和概念,是对“人类命运共同体”理念的丰富、拓展和深化。“人类卫生健康共同体”包含生命权是人类最基本的权利,人类需要团结合作、同舟共济来共度时艰等科学内涵。构建“人类卫生健康共同体”,表明世界各国应该承担共同的公共安全风险、分享共同的利益、承担共同的责任。因此,构建“人类卫生健康共同体”有利于推动全球治理体系特别是全球公共卫生治理体系的变革,是应对全球公共卫生危机的正确选择和必由之路,这也是中国智慧对世界的贡献。
“A community of common health for mankind”is an initiative and concept proposed by President Xi Jinping against the specific historical background of the global pandemic of COVID-19,which enriches,expands and deepens the concept of“a community with a shared future for mankind”.“A community of common health for mankind”contains scientific connotations such as“the right to life is the most basic right of human beings”and“we need cooperation to overcome difficulties”.The building of“a community of common health for mankind”means that all the countries in the world bear common public security risks,share common interests and assume common responsibilities.Therefore,the establishment of“a community of common health for mankind”is conducive to promoting the reform of the global governance system,especially the global public health governance system.It is the right choice and the only way to deal with the global public health crisis.It is also the contribution of Chinese wisdom to the world.
