摘要
新中国成立70年以来,我国卫生健康国际合作交流工作取得了显著成效。我国积极参与全球卫生合作和全球健康治理及全球卫生应急行动,承担国际责任;大力构建全球卫生伙伴关系,卫生健康合作逐步成为大国双边合作机制的重要组成部分;持续探索卫生发展援助模式,卫生援外不断开创新局面。深化“一带一路”卫生合作,着力打造“健康丝绸之路”,卫生健康合作成为“一带一路”建设的重要战略支点。加强海峡两岸及与港澳地区的卫生交流合作,推动国家和平统一进程。
Since the founding of new China 70 years ago,remarkable results have been achieved in international health cooperation and exchanges. China has actively participated in global health cooperation,global health governance and global health emergency response,taking international responsibilities. Efforts have been made to build global health partnership;health cooperation has gradually become an important part of the bilateral cooperation mechanism between major countries. Continuous exploration has been committed on models of health development assistance,and new progress has been made on health assistance to foreign countries. Health cooperation has been strengthened in countries along the “Belt & Road”,to create a “Health Silk Road”. Health cooperation has become a critical strategic pivot for the construction of “Belt and Road”. Health exchanges and cooperation,across the Taiwan straits and with Hong Kong and Macao,has been strengthened to promote the process of national peaceful reunification.
