摘要
随着城镇化的迅速发展,传统村落原有的历史、文化、景观资源面临流失的风险,基于当前传统村落的困境,引入"微更新"理念,探索其在微更新视角下的保护与开发模式。首先从目标、目的、手段角度提出3个指导思想;其次从景观、建筑、文化、产业四个方面制定微更新策略。再以福建省屏南县龙潭村为研究对象,通过实地调研,结合微更新策略探讨古村复兴途径,以期为今后传统村落可持续发展提供新的解决思路。
With the rapid development of urbanization,the original historical,cultural and landscape resources of traditional villages are at risk of loss.Based on the current predicament of traditional villages,this paper introduces the concept of"micro-renewal"to explore the mode of protection and development of traditional villages from micro-renewal perspective.Firstly,three guiding ideologies are put forward from the perspective of goal,purpose and means.Secondly,the micro-renewal strategy is formulated from four aspects:landscape,architecture,culture and industry.Taking Longtan village in Pingnan county of Fujian province as the research object,this paper explores the new way of revival of ancient villages through field investigation combined with micro-renewal strategy so as to provide new solutions for the sustainable development of traditional villages in the future.
