摘要
目的:观察伸筋汤熏洗辅助膝关节运动康复器在股骨髁间骨折术后膝关节僵直患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月股骨髁间骨折术后膝关节僵直患者119例,随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=59);对照组患者采用膝关节运动康复器治疗,观察组在膝关节运动康复器治疗的同时进行伸筋汤熏洗;比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后膝关节功能评分(HSS)、并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为96.67%(58/60),高于对照组的83.05%(49/59)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的HSS各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率为1.67%(1/60),低于对照组患者的13.56%(8/59)(P<0.05)。结论:伸筋汤熏洗辅助膝关节运动康复器在股骨髁间骨折术后膝关节僵直患者中的应用效果较好,可有效改善膝关节功能,减少并发症。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of knee joint exercise rehabilitation devices assisted with Shenjin Decoction fumigation and washing in patients with knee joint stiffness after operation of femoral intercondylar fracture.Methods:A total of 119 patients with knee stiffness after femur intercondylar fracture from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=59).The control group were treated with knee joint exercise rehabilitation devices,while the observation group were treated with knee joint exercise rehabilitation devices assisted with Shenjin Decoction fumigation and washing,with the total effective rate,knee function score(HSS)before and after treatment and the incidence of complications compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),higher than 83.05%(49/59)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HSS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.67%(1/60),lower than that in the control group(13.56%,8/59)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of knee joint exercise rehabilitation devices assisted with Shenjin Decoction fumigation and washing in patients with knee stiffness after operation of femoral intercondylar fracture has significant effect,which can effectively improve knee function and reduce complications.
