摘要
目的:分析超声乳化摘除白内障治疗葡萄膜炎继发性青光眼的临床疗效。方法:2015年6月-2020年6月收治葡萄膜炎继发性青光眼患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采取传统白内障摘除术;观察组采取超声乳化摘除白内障术。比较两组平均视力水平、平均眼压水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗后平均视力显著高于对照组,平均眼压显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取超声乳化摘除白内障术治疗葡萄膜炎继发性青光眼患者临床疗效显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification in the treatment of secondary glaucoma caused by uveitis.Methods:From June 2015 to June 2020,80 patients with secondary glaucoma caused by uveitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group used traditional cataract extraction.The observation group used phacoemulsification.The average visual acuity,average intraocular pressure and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the average visual acuity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the average intraocular pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification is effective in the treatment of secondary glaucoma caused by uveitis.
