摘要
目的 探究针对葡萄膜炎继发性青光眼伴发白内障疾病应用超声乳化术方法治疗,对提高治疗效果、改善视力情况以及眼压的影响。方法 随机选取2018年10月—2022年3月于滕州市中医医院眼科确诊的葡萄膜炎继发性青光眼伴发白内障80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字号码抽取方式分为对照组40例,采用常规白内障囊外摘除方法治疗;观察组40例,采用超声乳化术治疗。就两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况、眼压和视力情况以及部分临床指标进行对比。结果 观察治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。治疗前两组眼压和视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组眼压均下降,且观察组低于对照组,视力均提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、住院时间、使用药物种类、前房深度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用超声乳化术的方法治疗葡萄膜炎继发性青光眼伴发白内障的效果显著,能够有效降低患者的眼压,帮助其改善视力,并且该方法手术时间短、安全性更高。
Objective To explore the effect of phacoemulsification on the treatment of uveitis secondary glaucoma with cataract,improving the visual acuity and intraocular pressure.Methods A total of 80 cases of uveitis secondary glaucoma with cataract diagnosed in the ophthalmology department of Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to March 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(40 cases)by random number extraction method,and observation group(40 cases)by conventional extracapsulary cataract extraction method and phacoemulsification treatment.The therapeutic effect,complications,intraocular pressure and visual acuity and some clinical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in IOP and visual acuity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,IOP in both groups decreased,observation group was lower than control group,visual acuity was improved,observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,hospital stay,drug types and the anterior chamber depth in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of phacoemulsification in the treatment of uveitis secondary glaucoma with cataract has significant effects,can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure of patients and help patients improve vision,and this method has short operation time and higher safety.
