摘要
采用SO_(3)微热爆技术对黄连进行预处理,研究预处理前后提取液的成分和黄连的微观结构变化;根据预处理前后的黄连素提取率与提取时间的关系建立动力学方程,研究响应面优化预处理温度、时间和液固比对黄连素提取率的影响。结果表明,该预处理技术可显著提高黄连中黄连素的得率和提取效率,黄连的微观结构呈现显著变化,由于传质阻力降低使得黄连素提取率提高,动力学方程也验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
Coptis chinensis is pretreated by SO_(3) micro-thermal explosion technology.The composition of extract solution and the microstructure change of Coptis chinensis before and after pretreatment are studied.Kinetic equations are built according to the relationships between the yield of berberine and the extraction time before and after pretreatment.The effects of temperature,time and liquid-solid ratio on the yield of berberine in the pretreatment process are examined and optimized by response surface method.Results show that this pretreatment technology can improve the yield and efficiency of berberine,cause the microstructure of coptis to destroy obviously,which may reduce the mass transfer resistance and hence lead to a higher yield of berberine.The kinetic equations also verify the feasibility and validity of this pretreatment technology.
