线上线下混合式教学在肾内科实习带教中的应用 被引量:8

Application of Online and Offline Mixed Teaching in the Clinical Practice Teaching of Nephrology

摘要 目的探讨线上、线下混合式教学在肾内科本科临床实习带教中的教学效果。方法研究对象为某院(2019年8月19日-2019年12月20日)在肾内科轮转的全科医学本科实习生60人。随机分为两组,实验组30人,对照组30人。实验组在入科后的2周实习期内采取线上、线下混合式教学模式。对照组采取传统的以教师讲授和病房实践为基础的学习模式。对比两组学生出科考核成绩及满意度调查量表进行效果评价。结果实验组和对照组学生理论成绩比较(91.8±3.1vs 84.3±3.4,P<0.05)、实践技能成绩比较(88.7±4.6vs81.1±2.9,P<0.05);两组学生对带教科室的满意度比较实验组100%、对照组76.7%,P<0.05;患者对两组学员满意度比较,实验组97.8%,对照组90%,P<0.05;实验组和对照组自主学习能力比较(9.0±0.5vs 7.9±1.3,P<0.05)、理论知识掌握程度比较(8.9±0.4vs 7.6±0.6,P<0.05)、对医疗活动的投入比较(8.5±0.3vs 8.2±0.4,P<0.05)、与带教老师的沟通与配合程度方面比较(8.7±0.4 vs 7.6±0.5,P<0.05)。结论线上线下混合式临床带教模式在提高学生出科考核理论成绩、学习自主性、临床思维能力、患者满意度及临床带教满意度方面均优于传统临床带教。 Objective To explore the effect of online and offline mixed teaching in clinical practice of undergraduate students in kidney.Methods The object of the study was 60 general medicine undergraduate interns who were rotated in the nephrology department in a hospital(August 19,2019-December 20,2019).Randomly divided into two groups,30 people in the experimental group and 30 people in the control group.The experimental group adopts a mixed online and offline teaching mode during the two-week practice period after admission.The control group still adopts the traditional learning model based on teacher teaching and ward practice.Comparing the two groups of students’subject assessment results,including theoretical and practical skills assessment,and satisfaction survey scale for effect evaluation.Results Comparison of theoretical scores between experimental group and control group students(91.8±3.1 vs 84.3±3.4,P<0.05),practical skills score comparison(88.7±4.6 vs 81.1±2.9,P<0.05);the two groups of students are satisfied with the teaching department Comparison of the experimental group and the control group was 100%,76.7%,P<0.05;the patient’s satisfaction with the two groups of trainees was 97.8%,the control group was 90%,P<0.05;the experimental group and the control group were compared(9.0±0.5 vs 7.9±1.3,P<0.05),comparison of theoretical knowledge mastery(8.9±0.4 vs7.6±0.6,P<0.05),comparison of investment in medical activities(8.5±0.3 vs 8.2±0.4,P<0.05),Comparison of the degree of communication and cooperation with teachers(8.7±0.4 vs 7.6±0.5,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined online and offline clinical teaching model is better than traditional clinical teaching in improving theoretical performance of students’examination,improving students’learning autonomy,improving their clinical thinking ability,improving patients’satisfaction and clinical teaching satisfaction.
