摘要
目的研究影响突发性聋伴耳鸣患者耳鸣严重程度及远期疗效的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2017年3月~2019年5月荆州市中心医院收治的106例单侧突发性聋伴耳鸣患者随访半年临床资料。观察耳鸣严重程度及耳鸣疗效与性别、年龄、侧别、初始听力损失程度、听力曲线类型、初诊时间、耳聋疗效的关系。结果耳鸣严重程度与不同性别、年龄、侧别、初始听力损失程度、听力曲线类型、耳聋疗效及耳鸣疗效之间的差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。耳鸣疗效在不同性别、侧别、年龄、初始听力损失程度、听力曲线类型之间差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),在不同初诊时间及耳聋疗效间的差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。且初诊时间越早、耳聋疗效越好者,耳鸣疗效越好。结论突发性聋伴耳鸣患者,耳鸣严重程度与耳聋预后及耳鸣预后无明显相关性,耳聋的改善是远期耳鸣缓解的重要预后因子,及时有效的治疗利于耳鸣的缓解。
OBJECTIVE To study the related factors that affect the severity of tinnitus and the long-term efficacy in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus.METHODS The clinical data of 106 patients with unilateral sudden deafness and tinnitus admitted to Jingzhou Central Hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The relationship between the severity of tinnitus,the efficacy of tinnitus and gender,age,side of the ear,the degree of initial hearing loss,the type of hearing curve,the time of initial diagnosis,and the effect of deafness was observed.RESULTS There was no significant difference in the severity of tinnitus between different genders,ages,ear sides,initial hearing loss,hearing curve type,deafness effect and tinnitus effect(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in tinnitus efficacy between different genders,ear types,ages,initial hearing loss,and hearing curve types(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences between different initial diagnosis times and deafness effects(P<0.05).And the earlier the first diagnosis,the better the deafness,the better the tinnitus.CONCLUSION In patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus,there is no significant correlation between the severity of tinnitus and the prognosis of deafness and tinnitus.The improvement of deafness is an important prognostic factor for long-term,and timely and effective treatment is conducive to the relief of tinnitus.
