摘要
从互联网与产业升级二者相互促进、相互影响的关系出发,在互联网驱动产业转型升级理论分析基础上,通过对传统生产函数模型进行改进和扩展,建立产业升级函数模型和互联网信息化函数模型。以山西为例,运用2000—2018年山西省数据,分别测算产业升级指数、互联网信息化指数、科技创新指数和就业结构指数,并对信息化与产业升级的双向贡献率进行实证分析。研究结果表明,当前山西互联网对产业升级的推动作用大于产业升级对互联网的拉动作用,互联网对山西产业升级的支撑作用较明显。但随着山西经济发展方式转变,产业升级步伐加快,必将对互联网提出新的更高要求。研究结论以期为我国及山西传统产业转型升级提供理论借鉴。
Starting from mutual promotion and interaction between Internet and industrial upgrade,the traditional production function model is optimized and expanded to establish a function model of industrial upgrading and Internet informatization,which relays on the theoretical analysis of the Internet-driven industrial transformation and upgrading.Data of Shanxi province during 2000—2018 was used to measure the index and related parameters of industry upgrade,Internet informatization,technology innovation and employment structure.The two-way contribution rate of informatuzation and industrial upgrading were applied to empirical research.The research results indicate that present Shanxi Internet has greater pushing effect on industrial upgrade than pulling effect of industrial upgrade on Internet.Internet obviously supports the industrial upgrade of Shanxi.However,with the transformation of Shanxi economic development mode and acceleration of industrial upgrade,new and higher requirements for Internet are bound to be imposed.The conclusion of the study is expected to provide theoretical reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in Shanxi and China.
