摘要
目的分析精细化综合护理在氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎中的临床应用价值。方法选择我院2018年7月至2020年1月接受氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗的喘憋性肺炎患儿55例,根据入院时间顺序分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用精细化综合护理,比较两组的症状改善时间、血气指标及不良反应情况。结果观察组气喘、咳嗽改善时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。护理后,观察组的PaO_2水平高于对照组,PaCO_2水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的29.63%(P <0.05)。结论在喘憋性肺炎患儿接受氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗过程中,精细化综合护理能够显著改善其血气指标,加速患儿恢复,减少不良反应。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of precise comprehensive nursing in children with asthmatic pneumonia during adjuvant therapy of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation.Methods 55 asthmatic pneumonia children with adjuvant therapy of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation in our hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received precise comprehensive nursing.The symptom improvement time,blood gas indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of asthma and cough,and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the PaO2 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO2 level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.14%,lower than 29.63%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During the adjuvant therapy of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation,precise comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the blood gas indicators,accelerate the recovery of children and reduce adverse reactions.
