摘要
雾化吸入是通过高速氧气气流将药物转化为雾状,再通过呼吸道吸入至体内,从而达到治疗目的的一类治疗方法。该治疗方式可以直接作用于呼吸道,因其为无创操作,安全性也高,所以常用于呼吸系统疾病的治疗,如呼吸道感染,还可消除机体炎症与水肿,达到解痉、稀化痰液、祛痰的目的。雾化吸入以无痛苦、起效较快、用药较少等为主要特征,目前在儿科的临床治疗中的应用较为广泛。但在雾化吸入治疗期间,小儿依从性差的现象较为突出。由于患儿处于心理、生理的发育阶段,对口咽部产生刺激的治疗多有抵抗,多数患儿易出现烦躁、畏惧等负性情绪,且由于患儿年龄偏小,多出现哭闹、拒绝配合治疗等现象,易影响治疗效果。因而对其影响因素应加以探索,实施合理、有效的干预措施以提高患儿的依从性,进而提高临床效果。本文对小儿雾化吸入依从性的影响因素及干预措施的研究进展进行综述,以期为小儿雾化吸入治疗提供帮助。
Nebulization inhalation is a type of treatment method that converts drugs into mist through high-speed oxygen flow,and then inhales them into the body through the respiratory tract to achieve therapeutic goals.This treatment method can directly act on the respiratory tract,due to its non-invasive and high safety,it is commonly used for the treatment of respiratory system diseases,such as respiratory infections,and it can also eliminate inflammation and edema in the body,achieve the goals of spasmolysis,thinning phlegm solution and expectorant removal.Nebulized inhalation is characterized by painlessness,rapid onset and minimal medication use,and is currently widely used in clinical treatment of pediatrics.However,during nebulization therapy,the phenomenon of poor compliance in children is more prominent.Due to the psychological and physiological development stage of the child,there is often resistance to treatment that stimulates the oral and pharynx.Most children are prone to negative emotions such as irritability and fear,and due to their young age,they often experience phenomenon such as crying and refusing to cooperate with treatment,which can affect the effectiveness of treatment.Therefore,it is should explore the influencing factors and implement reasonable and effective intervention measures to improve the compliance of children,then improve clinical effect.This paper reviews the research progress on the influencing factors and intervention measures of compliance with pediatric nebulization inhalation,in order to provide assistance for the treatment of pediatric nebulization inhalation.
