摘要
目的分析螺内酯治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年6月我院收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者86例,随机分为对照组和研究组各43例。对照组行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用螺内酯治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后的心功能指标(LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF)及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF水平均优于治疗前,且研究组的LVESD、LVEDD水平低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率(6.98%vs.11.63%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论螺内酯治疗老年慢性心力衰竭疗效确切,可有效改善患者的心功能,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of spironolactone in the treatment of elderly chronic heart failure.Methods 86 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group was treated with spironolactone on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,cardiac function indicators before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.35%,higher than 81.40%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF levels of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);The LVESD and LVEDD levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the LVEF level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(6.98%vs.11.63%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Spironolactone in the treatment of elderly chronic heart failure has exact efficacy,and can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with safety and reliability,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
