摘要
目的临床观察中药暖心方结合常规西药治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的治疗效果。方法招募符合条件的CHF患者,通过随机分组法将患者分为对照组30例,采用常规西药治疗方法,观察组35例,治疗方案为常规西药治疗基础上加服暖心方,一个疗程的时间为28天;以患者的整体临床治疗效果、中医证候评分结果和6 min步行距离作为评价指标,在疗程结束后观察这些指标的变化。结果治疗组有效率97.1%,对照组76.7%,组间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);患者在临床症状头晕、心悸、胸闷气短、呼吸急促、倦怠乏力、口唇紫暗、四肢浮肿、尿少方面,治疗前后比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后组间比较,患者在临床症状头晕、心悸、胸闷气短、倦怠乏力、口唇紫暗、四肢浮肿、尿少方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后比较组间的6 min步行距离具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药暖心方协同用西药常规治疗CHF临床疗效确切。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Nuanxin Prescration in treating chornic heart failure.Methods 65 cases of CHF patients were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with basic medicine,the observation group was treated with basic medicine and Nuanxin Prescription.Clinical effect and symptom,walking distance in 6 minutes were observed.Results The effective rate was 97.1%in the observation group and 76.7%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);the patients had clinical symptoms of shortness of breath,chest tightness,palpitations,dizziness,fatigue,edema of limbs,oliguria,and dark lips.In terms of comparison,there were significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment between the two groups,there were significant differences in clinical symptoms of chest tightness,palpitations,dizziness,fatigue,edema of limbs,oliguria,and dark lips.(P<0.05);There is a significant difference in the walking distance between the groups at 6min after medication(P<0.05).The indexes of clinical effect,symptom,walking distance in 6 minutes in observation group were better than that of the control group.Conclusion Nuanxin Prescription combined with western medicine has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of CHF.
