摘要
车联网能够支撑无人驾驶在环境感知、计算决策和控制执行环节的协同需求。当前,我国在车联网技术标准、产业发展与应用实践方面均已取得积极进展,但网联深度支撑无人驾驶仍然面临着基础设施建设、技术融合创新和商业运营模式等方面的挑战。我国应抓住难得的历史发展机遇,加强网联无人驾驶的政府顶层设计、共性关键技术的协同攻关、通信网络基础设施的全面部署、法律法规和机制体制的建设,分阶段、分步骤、分场景推进网联无人驾驶的部署实施,促进网联无人驾驶技术和产业的发展。
The Internet of Vehicles(IOV)can meet the collaborative demand of driverless driving in terms of environment perception,computing decision-making and control execution.At present,China has made positive progress in the technical standards,industrial development and application surrounding the IOV,but for stronger support for driverless driving,challenges still exist in the areas of infrastructure,technological integration and innovation,and business operation mode.China should seize the rare historical development opportunity to strengthen the government’s top-level design,collaborative tackling of common key technologies,overall planning for communication network infrastructure,and the improvement of laws,regulations,systems and mechanisms;and facilitate implementation of the IOV-supported driverless driving in stages and by scene,and promote its development.
