摘要
《松峰说疫》是清代温疫学派主要医家刘奎的代表著作,在疫病防治方面提出疫病治疗最宜通变,首创了“瘟疫统治八法”,提出瘟疫应用药主要以寒凉、温补、解表等为主,并列专篇总结了历代医家防治疫病的有效方剂和自创防治疫病新方,使用方法上除内服法外,还有熏烧、悬挂佩戴等外治法。研究总结疫病防治方法及用方用药特色,可为新型冠状病毒肺炎等新发突发急性传染病的防治提供可靠借鉴。
Commentary on Epidemic by Songfeng is the representative work of Liu Kui,a prominent physician of the school of warm diseases in the Qing Dynasty.In the aspect of epidemic prevention and treatment,he puts forward that the most suitable way for treating epidemic disease is to make flexible changes accordingly,and initiates the“eight governing treatment methods of plague control”,proposing that Chinese medical herbs for epidemic diseases should mainly have natures of cold and cool or performances of warming and tonifying,and relieving superficies syndrome,etc.,allocating in the book a separate chapter for summarizing the effective prescriptions of physicians in past ages for the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases and his self-made new recipes.In addition to oral administration,the external therapies such as fumigation,hanging and wearing are also used.Studying and summarizing the epidemic prevention and control methods and the characteristics of prescriptions and medication can provide reliable reference for the prevention and treatment of those newly and suddenly emerging acute infectious diseases such as novel coronavirus pneumonia.
