摘要
从认知衰弱的概念、评估工具及影响因素3个方面对国内外老年人认知衰弱的研究进行综述。目前认知衰弱的概念和评估方法尚未达成共识,认知衰弱发生的危险因素研究结论不一,未来尚需更多的研究进行验证,从而为制定科学的干预策略提供依据,促进健康老龄化。
This paper reviewed researches on cognitive frailty in the elderly at home and abroad from three aspects:the concept,assessment tools and influencing factors.At present,there is no consensus on the concept and assessment methods of cognitive frailty.And research conclusions on the risk factors of cognitive frailty are different.In the future,more studies will be needed for verification,so as to provide basis for formulating scientific intervention strategies and promote healthy aging.
