摘要
目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合穴位埋线治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性非萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年8月—2019年12月接受治疗的80例慢性非萎缩性胃炎(中医证型属于脾胃虚寒型)患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位贴敷、穴位埋线治疗。比较两组治疗前后的免疫功能、各项评分以及疗效。结果:观察组治疗后CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,而CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者内镜评分和中医症候评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(85.0%)高于对照组(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合穴位埋线治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者(脾胃虚寒型),可显著提高患者免疫功能,改善胃黏膜状态。
Objective:To explore the clinical study of acupoint application combined with acupoint catgut embolization on chronic non-atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object and divided into observation groups according to the random number table method.And the control group,40 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was combined with acupoint application and acupoint embedding therapy on the basis of the control group to compare the immune function,various scores,and efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels of the observation group after treatment were higher than that of the control group,while the CD8^(+)levels after treatment were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the observation group(85%)was higher than that of the control group(60%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with acupoint catgut embedding can better treat patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type),and can significantly improve the patient's immune function and improve the state of gastric mucosa.
