摘要
目的:观察香苏散合四逆散治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎的疗效。方法:将99例慢性非萎缩性胃炎随机分组,治疗组50例,对照组49例。治疗组予香苏散合四逆散,对照组予多潘立酮,两组疗程均为2个月。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为71.4%,说明两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:香苏散合四逆散治疗肝胃不和型慢性非萎缩性胃炎疗效满意。
Objective： To observe Xiangsu Sini San for chronic gastritis patients. Methods： 99 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis were randomized. Treatment group was 50 patients, in the control group of 49 patients. Treatment group took Xiangsu Sini San; the control group received domperidone, for two months. Results： The total efficiency was 90.0%; in the control group, the total efficiency was 71.4%; there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiangsu Sini San for chronic non-atrophic gastritis can help get satisfactory outcome.
