摘要
微型电机具有体积小、重量轻、便于控制等优点,已广泛应用于生产消费等领域.为保证微型电机的性能满足使用要求,实时监测是必不可少的环节.在传统的电机保护中,信号处理采用的都是模拟滤波器.与模拟滤波器相比,数字滤波器具有更高的灵活性和稳定性。本文提出一种基于FFT算法的电压信号处理方式,利用FFT可以由输入序列直接计算出输入信号的直流分量以及各次谐波的幅值和相位的特点,大大简化了谐波分量的计算。
Micro motors have the advantages of small size, light weight, easy control, etc., and have been widely used in fields such as production and consumption. In order to ensure that the performance of the micro motor meets the requirements of use, realtime monitoring is an essential link. In traditional motor protection, analog filters are used in signal processing. Compared with analog filters, digital filters have higher flexibility and stability. In this paper, an algorithm-based voltage signal processing method is proposed, which can be used to directly calculate the dc component of the input signal and the amplitude and phase of each harmonic wave, greatly simplifying the calculation of the harmonic component.
