摘要
目的探讨针对性输液安全护理在肿瘤住院患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年2月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的92例肿瘤住院患者,依据入院顺序随机将其分为对照组(n=46)与观察组(n=46)。对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以针对性输液安全护理,观察2组患者的输液安全事故发生情况、护理满意度。结果观察组的输液安全事故发生率明显降低,护理满意度评分明显提升,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对性输液安全护理在肿瘤住院患者中的应用具有显著效果,不仅能够有效降低输液安全事故发生率,同时能够提升护理满意度,促进了患者健康恢复。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted infusion safety nursing measures in tumor inpatients.Methods 92 tumor inpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46)according to the order of admission.Routine nursing was given to the control group,targeted infusion safety nursing was given to the observation group,and infusion safety accidents and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results the incidence of infusion safety accidents in the observation group was significantly reduced to 0%,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted infusion safety nursing measures in cancer inpatients has significant effect,not only can effectively reduce the incidence of infusion safety accidents,but also can improve the satisfaction score of patients,promote the healthy recovery of patients,and improve the quality of nursing services.
