摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤住院患者常见的护理安全问题及护理管理对策。方法:分析肿瘤科存在护理安全问题的病历资料60例,找出常见的护理安全问题、原因以及护理管理对策。结果:肿瘤科护理安全问题的原因包括护理管理制度30%、护理人员因素55%、患者与患者家属因素15%。护理管理对策实施后的护理安全问题发生率明显低于实施前,护理管理对策实施后的患者护理满意度明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:分析肿瘤住院患者护理安全问题及原因,并采取科学的管理对策,可以减少护理安全问题的发生率,提升患者的护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the common nursing security issue and nursing management strategies in inpatients with tumor.Methods:60 cases of medical records with nursing security issue in oncology department were analyzed,the common nursingsecurity issue,reasons and nursing management strategies were found out.Results:The causes of nursing security issue in oncologydepartment included nursing management system 30%,nursing staff factors 55%,patients and family members factors 15%.Afterthe implementation of nursing management strategies,the incidence of nursing security issue was significantly lower than beforethe implementation of nursing management strategies,the satisfaction of patients after the implementation of nursing managementstrategies was significantly higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analyzing nursing security issue and reasonsin inpatients with tumor and taking scientific management measures could reduce the incidence of nursing security issue andimprove the care satisfaction of patients.
