摘要
目的探究可吸收性敷料在足趾软组织缺损修复的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年1月—2020年5月佛山市顺德和平外科医院收治的116例足趾软组织缺损患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为2组,对照组应用趾甲皮瓣游离移植修复术治疗,试验组应用可吸收性敷料修复治疗。比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、住院时间和住院总费用,随访3个月,比较并发症发生情况。结果试验组的总有效率明显高于对照组,住院时间和住院总费用明显少于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与趾甲皮瓣游离移植修复术相比,可吸收性敷料治疗足趾软组织缺损的效果更佳,并发症更少,可减少患者的住院时间和住院总费用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of absorbable dressing in repairing soft tissue defect of Toe.Methods 116 patients with soft tissue defect of Toe were selected from January,2018 to May,2020.The control group was treated with free pedicled skin flap The experimental group was treated with absorbable dressing.The clinical effect,length of stay and total cost of hospitalization were compared between the two groups,and the complications were compared after 3 months follow-up.Results the clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the length of stay and the total cost of stay in the experimental group were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the free flap of Toenail,the absorbable dressing is more effective and has fewer complications,which can reduce the length of hospitalization and the total cost.
