摘要
地方本科高校向应用型转变是为了更加满足地方和产业发展的需求,缓解学校培养人才和市场需求人才的供需矛盾。论文以枣庄学院化学工程与工艺专业为例,基于枣庄市煤化工和绿色精细化工产业实际需求,研究了枣庄学院化工类应用型人才培养在课程体系改革、产教融合协同育人、实践教学环节的优化、导师制育人模式改革等方面的创新路径,对地方新建化工类本科院校应用转型发展和应用型人才培养有一定的指导意义。
The reason of transformation of local universities into application-oriented universities is to better meet the needs of local and industrial development,and to alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents trained by schools and those in demand by the market.This paper took the chemical engineering and technology major of Zaozhuang University as an example to carry out the research based on the actual demand of coal chemical industry and green fine chemical industry of Zaozhuang.The innovative route of application-oriented personnel cultivation of chemical engineering in local universities was studied.The research content mainly involved in the curriculum system reform,integration of industry and education and collaborative education,the optimization of practical teaching links and the reform of the mentoring system.It has certain guiding significance to the application transformation development and application-oriented chemical personnel training of local newly-built undergraduate universities.
