摘要
当前医患关系形势严峻,构建和谐医患关系刻不容缓。医学生作为医生后备军,可通过志愿服务在和谐医患关系的构建过程中贡献一份力量。本文介绍了医学生志愿服务现状,并从“育人”和“助人”两个角度分析了医学生志愿服务促进和谐医患关系构建的机制。文章结合具体项目提出,应优化我国医学生志愿服务项目;发展“学校-医院-政府-社会”四位一体的医学生志愿服务新模式;推进“医学+”“互联网+志愿服务”等创新趋势发展;建立健全高校志愿服务制度,加强对高校志愿服务的政策支持。
Nowadays,the situation,doctor-patient relationship is severe.So,it is high time to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship.As the reserve army of future doctors,medical students can contribute to the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship through voluntary service.This paper introduces the present situation of medical students′voluntary service,and analyzes the mechanism of medical students′voluntary service to promote the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship from the two angles of“educating people”and“helping others”.Combined with a specific project,the article holds that medical students′volunteer service should be optimized in China,and develop the new model of voluntary service for medical students in the four-in-one of“schoo-hospital-government-society”,promote the development of innovative trends such as“medicine+”and“Internet+voluntary service”,call for the establishment and improvement of voluntary service system and the strengthening of policy support for voluntary service in colleges and universities.
