摘要
针对国内轨道交通120 kW辅助电源系统输入DC 1 000~2 000 V,输出DC 700 V的实际应用需求,相比于传统的半桥零电流隔离型DC/DC拓扑结构,此设计采用基于1 700 V IGBT的双机Boost和LLC两级串入并出(ISOP)的主电路拓扑结构。单机Boost升压电路调节输入电压至恒定直流母线电压。LLC电路工作于固定谐振频率点作为直流隔离变压器(DCX),获得全功率范围最优的软开关性能和最小电力半导体器件应力,进一步给出详细的闭环控制系统的设计参数。最后实验验证了此设计方案的正确性。
Considering the demand of practical application,a 120 kW auxiliary power supply system,of which input voltage is DC 1000-2000 V and the output voltage is DC 750 V,is traditionally based on half bridge zero current switch isolated DC/DC topology.A dual Boost-fed LLC two-stage topology with the input-series-output-parallel(ISOP)configuration is presented,which combines Boost to regulate the input voltage varying from input voltage to the constant DC bus voltage and the unregulated LLC converter operating as direct current transformer(DCX)under the resonant frequency together.Benefiting from this circuit topology,low voltage level IGBT(1700 V)can be adopted and the best performance of soft switching is achieved over the full load range,while obtaining minimum device stress of power semiconductor devices.Then,the calculation method of dead time is analyzed and particular parameter design for closed-loop system are provided.Finally,the experimental results verify the validity of the system design.
