摘要
宽输入范围的DC/DC变换器通常采用两级式变换。研究了一种Buck+LLC谐振全桥的两级式变换器及其控制策略,阐述了基于DSP的控制原理和算法,Buck电路占空比调节为主控制环,LLC谐振频率调节为补偿控制环。使用TMS320F2806数字处理芯片进行了系统硬件和软件的设计,试制了一台1.2 kW,60~270 V输入,27 V输出的原理样机,并给出了实验结果。
Wide range of input DC/DC converter usually adopts two-stage converter.This paper introduces a Buck+ and LLC resonance full bridge topology and the control strategy,the control principle and algorithm are expounded.Based on DSP,load control is Buck circuit duty cycle adjustment and compensation control is LLC resonance frequen-cy adjustment.The hardware and software of the system are designed by using TMS320F2806.Finally,a 1.2 kW con-verter is designed,which has 60~270 V input and 27 V output,then the experimental results are given.
