墙藓属(Tortula Hedw.)2种藓类植物孢子萌发与原丝体发育特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 旨在根据墙藓属2种藓类植物原丝体发育特征,探析其孢子萌发型与系统发育及生态选择的相关性。通过室内人工培养的方式,对墙藓属无疣墙藓(Tortula mucronifolia Schw gr.)和中华墙藓(Tortula sinensia Broth.)2种藓类植物孢子萌发、原丝体发育及配子体发生过程进行试验研究。结果表明:(1)两种藓类植物孢子均为壁外萌发;(2)无疣墙藓产生由短圆柱状细胞组成的丝状绿丝;中华墙藓产生块状原丝体和不发达的丝状绿丝体;(3)无疣墙藓和中华墙藓的配子体分别在绿丝体和轴丝体上分化产生。参照Nishida对藓类植物孢子萌发型的划分标准,墙藓属无疣墙藓和中华墙藓原丝体发育类型分别为真藓型(Bryum-type)和缩叶藓型(Ptychomitrium-type)。 The processes for spore germination,protonema growth and gametophyte development of two Tortula Hedw.bryophytes Tortula mucronifolia Schw gr.and Tortula sinensia Broth.were studied through artificial culture in laboratory.We founded that:(1)both species were extramural germination;(2)Tortula mucronifolia produced chloronema constituted by cylindric cells,Tortula sinensia produced massive protonema and undeveloped chloronema;(3)for the gametophyte development,gametophytes were derived from chloronema and caulonema for Tortula mucronifolia and Tortula sinensia,respectively.According to the standard of sporeling-type proposed by Nishida,the development types of protonema could be divided into Bryum-type and Ptychomitrium-type in Tortula mucronifolia and Tortula sinensia,respectively.Moreover,the correlation between Sporeling-type and phylogeny as well as ecological selection were explored based on the characteristics of protonema development of the two species.
