中变炉进气管道爆炸原因分析及预防措施

摘要 介绍了一起中变炉进气管道爆炸事故。通过宏观检查、壁厚测定、工艺检查,认为冲刷腐蚀是造成管道迅速减薄、失稳、进而爆炸的直接原因;工艺流程和工艺控制点设置存在某些缺陷,运行时未严格执行工艺指标,是导致管道爆炸的管理原因。改变副线进气接口位置,加强或增设了一些工艺监控点,严格操作管理,按时定期检验,是保障变换单元安全平稳运行的有效措施。
