摘要
海水管路是舰船重要的支撑保障系统,关系到船上各个系统和设备的运行安全。海水腐蚀和海生物污损一直是海水管路系统关注的重点问题。本文梳理了海水管系结构典型腐蚀形式,分析了常见管路选材及其腐蚀污损特性,总结了当前用于舰船海水管路有效的防腐防污技术方法。
Seawater pipe is one of the most important supporting systems for the ship, playing an important role in the well func- tioning of almost all the systems and apparatus in ship. The seawater pipe is made of some kinds of metals, thus corrosion and fouling of the pipe are inevitable. In this paper, corrosion types of the pipe were summarized, pipe materials and their Corrosion and fouling behaviors were analyzed and some anti-corrosion and anti-fouling methods for seawater pipe were also reviewed.
