摘要
本文研究了置换式合金元素Fe对Co3Ti合金低温至高温(200~1050℃)的力学行为及室温氢脆行为的影响.结果表明,添加2at%Fe可以显著地增大Co3Ti合金低温至高温(200~800℃)的塑变能力,并使合金的屈服强度峰值对应温度略有增加.同时还可以显著地抑制Co3Ti合金的氢脆。断口研究发现该合金中氢是通过表面的晶界或形成的微裂纹造成氢致损伤的。
The effect of the alloying element Fe on mechanical behaviour from 200 to 1050℃ and the hydrogen embrittlement of Co_3Ti alloys at room temperature were investigated. It was found that with an addifion of 2 at%Fe,Co_3Ti alloys exhibited significant plasticity from 200 to 800℃. and it could raise to a certain degree the High peak value of yield strength and the temperature corresponding to the peak value and 2 at% Fe also could resist great hydrogen embrittlement. The observation of fractography showed that H causes the embrittlement of Co_3Ti through the grain boundary and microcrack on the surface.
