摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)是多基因遗传和环境等因素相互作用的复杂性疾病,血瘀证是其常见证型之一。随着DNA甲基化/羟甲基化逐渐成为表观遗传学研究的新热点,探讨DNA甲基化/羟甲基化与CHD之间的研究逐渐增多。文章将根据早发冠心病血瘀证与遗传易感基因、DNA甲基化/羟甲基化状态和mRNA差异表达间的相关性研究,探索其对早发冠心病血瘀证发生发展的影响,为早发冠心病血瘀证临床诊治提供参考,亦为中医证候本质研究提供新的突破点和思路。
Coronary heart disease is a complex disease caused by multiple genetic inheritance and environmental factors, and blood stasis syndrome is one of the common syndromes. As DNA methylation/hydroxymethylation has gradually become a new hotspot in epigenetics, the researches on the relationship between DNA methylation/hydroxymethylation and coronary heart disease are increasing. Based on the correlation between premature coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome and genetic susceptibility genes, DNA methylation/hydroxymethylation status and mRNA differential expression, this paper explored its influence on the occurrence and development of premature coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome, to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of premature coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome, and to provide new breakthrough points and ideas for the study of TCM syndrome essence as well.
