摘要
目的探究醒脑开窍法针灸结合现代康复疗法对小儿脑性瘫痪智力、运动功能影响,旨在为患儿康复提供可靠依据。方法研究共计纳入108例脑性瘫痪患儿,均由医院2018年2月—2019年6月收治,采取随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组及对照组,每组54例。对照组患儿实施现代康复疗法干预,观察组患儿实施醒脑开窍法针灸结合现代康复疗法治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效、治疗前后两组患儿Gesell诊断发育量表评分变化、治疗前后脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能检测量表评分(GMFM88)变化、中医症状积分变化及痉挛程度评分变化、脑血流动力学指标变化、患儿家属对本次康复治疗满意程度。结果观察组患儿康复治疗后临床有效率(96.30%,52/54)高于对照组(85.19%,46/54),P<0.05;治疗前,两组患儿Gesell诊断发育量表评分、脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能检测量表评分(GMFM88)、中医症状积分、痉挛程度评分、脑血流动力学指标比较,P>0.05;治疗后各组患儿Gesell评分、GMFM88评分、中医症状积分、痉挛程度评分、脑血流动力学指标均改善,观察组患儿康复治疗后Gesell评分、GMFM88评分、中医症状积分、痉挛程度评分、脑血流动力学指标均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患儿家属满意率(96.30%,52/54)高于对照组患儿家属(83.33%,45/54),P<0.05。结论醒脑开窍法针灸结合现代康复疗法在脑性瘫痪患儿中应用效果良好,患儿治疗效果提升,智力、运动功能等发育情况明显改善,患儿症状改善,恢复好,家属满意率高,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effects of restoring consciouness and opening orifices acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy on intelligence and motor function of children with cerebral palsy,aiming to provide reliable basis for the rehabilitation of children.Methods Examined in the study,108 cases of children with cerebral palsy in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed.Taking the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each.The control group were treated with modern rehabilitation therapy intervention.The observation group were treated with restoring consciouness and opening orifices acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy intervention.We compared two groups’clinical curative effect,Gesell diagnosis and developmental scale score changes and gross motor function test rating scale(GMFM88),Chinese medicine symptom integral and spasm degree scores,cerebral hemodynamic index changes before and after the intervention and the satisfaction for the rehabilitation intervention.Results The clinical effective rate(96.30%,52/54)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(85.19%,46/54)(P<0.05).Before intervention,the two groups’Gesell diagnosis and development scale score,gross motor function test scale score(GMFM88),TCM symptom score,score of spasm degree and cerebral hemodynamics index had no significant difference(P>0.05).After intervention,Gesell score,GMFM88 score,TCM symptom score,score of spasm degree and cerebral hemodynamic indexes of all groups were improved.After rehabilitation intervention,Gesell score,GMFM88 score,TCM symptom score,score of spasm degree and cerebral hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group(96.30%,52/54)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%,45/54)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therap
