摘要
为了解除甘肃鸢尾种子休眠,实现种子均匀播种繁殖,研究了机械破损、低温层积、药剂浸种和高温浸种4种不同处理方法对种子发芽能力、胚根生长量和种子内含物的影响。结果表明:不同处理中高温浸种处理的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长、胚根鲜重、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量均最高,分别为83.26%、46.41%、17.33、8.62cm、23.92mg/株、4.22mg/g和81.64mg/g;机械破损处理的以上指标均次之,分别为76.47%、39.85%、14.58、7.28cm、16.68mg/株、3.41mg/g和65.32mg/g。因此,高温浸种和机械破损处理在解除甘肃鸢尾种子休眠的生产实践中具有一定的应用前景。
In order to remove dormancy of Iris pandurata Maxim seeds,realize sowing and breeding uniformly,the effects of four different treatment measures with mechanical breakage,low temperature stratification,soaking with medicament and high temperature water on seed germination capacity,radicle growth and seed contents were studied.The results showed that the germination rate,potential and index,radicle length and fresh weight,seed soluble sugar and protein content of soaking with high temperature water were the highest in all treatments,which were 83.26%,46.41%,17.33,8.62cm,23.92mg/plant,4.22mg/g and 81.64mg/g separately.And that of mechanical breakage were second,which were 76.47%,39.85%,14.58,7.28cm,16.68mg/plant,3.41mg/g and 65.32mg/g separately.So soaking with high temperature water and mechanical breakage should be used in removing dormancy of Iris pandurata Maxim seeds.
