摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在胃癌护理中的应用效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年12月本医院收治的200例胃癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与参照组各100例,试验组选用优质护理服务,参照组选用一般护理服务,比较两组并发症总发生率、Ⅳ~Ⅵ级疼痛总发生率、护理服务满意度。结果试验组并发症总发生率、Ⅳ~Ⅵ级疼痛总发生率均低于参照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05);试验组护理服务满意率高于参照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌护理服务中实施优质护理服务可以减少并发症的发生,有效缓解患者疼痛,并提高护理满意度。
Objective Discuss the application effect of high-quality nursing service in gastric cancer nursing.Method The 200 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were taken as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group with 100 cases each.The test group selected high-quality nursing services,and the reference group selected general care service,compare the total incidence of complications,the total incidence of gradeⅣ-Ⅵpain,and the satisfaction of nursing service between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications and the total incidence of gradeⅣ-Ⅵpain in the experimental group were lower than the reference group,with significant data differences(P<0.05);the nursing service satisfaction rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,with significant data differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing services in gastric cancer nursing services can reduce the occurrence of complications,effectively alleviate the pain of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
