摘要
目的探讨行为护理联合营养支持对胃癌化疗患者营养状态及生活质量的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2019年6月—2023年6月我院收治的160例胃癌化疗患者分为对照组与观察组,每组80例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用行为护理联合营养支持干预,比较2组患者的营养状态及生活质量。结果干预前,2组患者营养状态指标及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者血浆总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(HB)水平以及简易生活质量量表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌化疗患者干预过程中应用行为护理联合营养支持,可改善患者营养状态,降低不良反应发生风险,提高生活质量,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the impact of behavioral nursing combined with nutritional support on the nutritional status and quality of life of gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Using a random number table,160 gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 were allocated to a control group and an observation group,with 80 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group received behavioral nursing combined with nutritional support intervention based on the control group.The nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,no significant difference was observed in nutritional status indicators and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),and hemoglobin(HB)in the plasma,as well as the subscale scores of the 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of behavioral nursing combined with nutritional support during the intervention process for gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can promote their nutritional status,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and enhance their quality of life,thus having clinical application value.
