风电场有功功率聚合特性分析及控制策略优化 被引量:5

摘要 以内蒙古某风电场为研究对象,分析聚合风电机组数量及风电机组间功率相关性对风电聚合功率波动的影响,并根据风电场实际风速、机组位置与机组功率之间的关系,得出风电场机组间的功率相关性数据序列。通过不进行任何爬坡控制、风电机组按14%额定容量设定功率爬坡量以及考虑聚合特性的机组互补三种控制办法进行计算对比,表明本文提出的风电场有功功率聚合特性控制优化策略能够在满足风电场有功功率爬坡要求的同时,提高风电场功率输出的稳定性,减少弃风限电量。 Taking a wind farm in Inner Mongolia as the research object,this paper analyzes the influence of the number of aggregated wind turbines and the power correlation between wind turbines on the fluctuation of aggregated active power.According to the relationship among the actual wind speed,location and power of wind turbines in the wind farm,the data series of power correlation between wind turbines are obtained.Through the calculation and comparison of three control methods:climbing without control,setting power climbing amount according to 14%rated capacity of wind turbine and complementation of wind turbines considering aggregation characteristics.It shows that the new method proposed in this paper can not only meet the requirements of active power climbing,but also improve the stability of power output and reduce the limited power of wind curtailment of the wind farm.
