摘要
通过对两种不同热轧冷却工艺的30CrMo钢热轧板,进行不同时间的实验室等温退火工艺模拟,采用金相显微镜、EBSD和显微硬度计对热轧板及退火板进行分析,观察等温退火后渗碳体的球化行为和铁素体的再结晶行为。实验结果表明,热轧超快冷却工艺有利于材料在等温退火过程中组织的转变,“冷轧+退火”工艺可以完全消除基体中的亚结构,确保获得充分再结晶的多边形铁素体组织。
Through laboratory isothermal annealing process simulation at different times,The microstructure of 30CrMo steel hot rolled plate with two different hot rolling cooling processes was analyzed by means of metallographic microscope,EBSD and microhardness tester,and the spheroidization behavior and recrystallization behavior of cementite and ferrite were observed after isothermal annealing test.The experimental results show that the hot rolling super fast cooling process is conducive to the transformation of the microstructure of the material in the isothermal annealing,and the“cold rolling+annealing”process can fully eliminate the substructure in the matrix,so as to ensure that the fully recrystallized polygonal ferrite structure can be obtained.
