摘要
目的探讨痔上粘膜环切钉合术(PPH)联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔临床效果。方法将2017年11月至2019年2月需手术治疗的90例混合痔患者随机分为两组,联合组采用PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗,PPH组仅采用PPH治疗。采用SPSS20.0软件进行分析,术中术后各项指标以(±s)描述,采用独立t检验;术后并发症发生情况等计数资料采用χ^(2)检验;临床治疗效果采用秩和检验。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果两组术中术后各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组术后肛缘水肿、术后1年复发率均低于PPH组;联合组总有效率为100%,PPH组总有效率为86.7%,联合组总有效率高于PPH组(P<0.05)。结论痔上粘膜环切钉合术联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔术后并发症少,疗效可靠。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)combined with external dissection and internal ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Ninety patients with mixed hemorrhoids required surgical treatment from November 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The unite group was cured with PPH Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids combined with external dissection and internal ligation,while the PPH group was cured with PPH Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids only.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Intraoperative and postoperative indicators were described as(±s),and compared with independent t test.The count data such as occurrence of postoperative complications and other enumeration data were tested byχ^(2) chi square test.The rank sum test was used for the clinical treatmenttherapeutic effect.A value of P<0.05 was considered statistically as significant difference.Resultsignificant.Results There was no significant difference in intraoperative and postoperative indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).The pPostoperative perianal edema and 1-year recurrence rate inof the unite group were lower than those in the PPH group.The total effective rate of the unite group was 100%,and the PPH group was 86.7%.The total effective rate of the unite group was higher than the PPH group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mixed hemorrhoids cured by PPHpph with external dissection and internal ligation has less,postoperative complications and reliable are less,the effect.is reliable.
